Just kicking back

Holidays are meant for abandoning your usual routine and trying, as much as possible, to do what you want, when you want to do it.


On that front, we are rather succeeding. We’re also eating way too much, but again, a holiday is all about relaxing one’s usual “rules”, whatever they may be.


We have also found a few minutes every morning to start the”Exercise Club”, a venture wholly aimed at getting kids and grow ups alike moving a little first thing in the morning. So far it has proved very successful. We start with a 2 km run and follow it up with a mixture of exercises in the back garden to limber everyone up for the day of lounging on the beach. Wonderful!
